Mrs. Sclafani, a native of Manchester, NH graduated with honors from Simmons College in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she decided to further her education by attending DeSales University. In 2006, she completed the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program and graduated with distinction.

Through her graduate studies and clinical affiliation, she can treat a variety of healthcare conditions, which includes the oversight of Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight-Loss. Whether in the office or the operating room she always strives to provide her patients with excellent medical care and compassion.

She began her professional career working close to home in a large multi-specialty orthopaedic practice in the greater Boston area for eight years. We are very thankful she decided to relocate to the Tampa area. Her knowledge, experience and great demeanor are some of her greatest assets. Mrs. Sclafani is an exceptional clinician that is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Kate Youngberg is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant with 9 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, as well as Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Clinical Allied Health Science from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Masters Degree in Medical Science from the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University’s School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an active member of the American Association of Physician Associates, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, Amspa, and the Emory Alumni Tampa Bay Chapter.

Kate’s experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness has developed her interest in medical weight loss and peptide therapy. She is passionate about helping her patients feel beautiful, confident, healthy, and their best self at any age. She loves connecting with patients on a personal level, and prioritizes empathy, education, and an evidence-based approach to provide high-quality and safe care for her patients.
